The counselling hour is 50 minutes.

Fee

​

I work on a sliding scale but a standard rate is £70 for 50 minutes. Please do not be afraid to mention if you are financially limited, I often have room for fee adjustment.

​

For block bookings of 6 or more I can offer a discount.

​

I offer low-cost sessions to those who really need it, so please do reach out if you think you might be suitable.

Online Therapy

​

Even before the pandemic I have used online sessions within my work because it has always had the ability to connect us across the country and world.

​

I have found the use of online platforms excellent for initial meetings, growing a relationship and maintaining regular flexible contact. It also has helped us keep in contact while on holiday, working abroad or moving to another country. 

​

I also have found that for many people working from their own comfortable space enables a comforting sense of safety during our conversation.

Location

​

I work in Kings Cross, 5 minutes walk from the station on Wednesday's until early afternoon. The room is suitable for disabled acces.
